I have extensive experience providing individual therapy for adults across their life span.

I work with adults who present with a wide variety of concerns, including:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • interpersonal difficulties
  • trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • bipolar disorder
  • autism
  • attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • gender dysphoria

I also work with adults who are having difficulty with life transitions (e.g., marriage, divorce, career change, retirement).

I work with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, and I strive to be sensitive to differences between myself and my clients on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, culture, age, orientation, disability status, and religion.

I integrate and apply several approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic principles, exposure and response prevention, internal family systems, somatic techniques, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.

This extensive training allows me to target treatment in a way that best suits each client.
